We offer a full daily rhythm of classes — grounding Hatha and Vinyasa flows, restorative and Yin sessions, guided meditation, breathwork, and weekly sound healing journeys. Whether you’re deepening a long-held practice or stepping onto the mat for the first time, our teachers meet you where you are.
